Is this you?

Who can Play Huge Coaching really help?

See if any of these sound familiar to you:

  • Your kid is talented and intelligent, but can’t get their life on the road. They are not motivated at all and make bad choices (or no choices).  They do not have a sense of independence and they lack self-confidence.  You worry they’ll miss opportunities and it drives you nuts.
  • You absolutely value a good education, but now you are wondering what that means. You have guided your kids to study hard and do well in school. But in today’s increasingly complex world, you are getting a sinking feeling that what they have learned will not set them up for success, and you have no idea where to turn for guidance.
  • You are exhausted by all the activities and running around. You are providing every opportunity to your kids, but it is taking every last drop of your energy.  The finish line is far away and with every step you are becoming more resentful, frustrated, and tired, but stopping feels like giving up on your kids and family.
  • You thought you had raised a kid with good solid values and decision making skills. You always believed that it was other people’s kids who were doing those things you were hearing about, but you just learned it is not just other people’s kids.  There are some ugly truths headed your way and you are not sure you are ready for them.
  • You have become your parent. You promised yourself you would be different. You drove your parents crazy, but it was different back then.  The reaction when you say “it was different back then” to your kid reminds you of…shhhhh…your reaction when your parents said that to you. You want to get back to being that parent you hoped you would be, but do not know how to do it.
  • You are successful at work, feel really good at what you do, and you support your family. At home you are confronted with irresponsible and rude behavior; you expect your kids to be appreciative.  How can you be so good at what you do and not be able to get your kids to be respectful?
  • Your relationship with your kid is on, then off, then on, then really off, but you are hanging in there. You both feel like school is setting him up for failure. At first he completely dismissed the learning disorder diagnosis because he didn’t want to “feel like a retard”, now he is thinking he needs some plan to make it through to graduate.  But, where can you find the right kind of help for his situation?
  • You intuitively know that there is more to life than what our culture values. Something is missing.  Your kid knows it also. And you feel every step you take gets you and your kid further from the place you really want to be. You are ready to be on the road that leads to these opportunities.

No matter which of these situations you find yourself in, I can help you.

    • I hate my life.
    • I hate my job.
    • My life is out of control.  What am I doing?
    • There more to life than this.  Where do I find it?
  • Or respond to me by saying:
    • Does your coaching work for adults?
    • I wish I had had someone like you when I was 18.

But will it work for you?

It will if you have these values:

  • You want to make a difference. You want to make a positive impact in the world.  You are not satisfied with the way things are and want to be part of changing it.
  • You know there is more to life than you can see. You want you and your family to get beyond the superficial aspects of life and the meaning that you know, or at least hope, is out there.
  • Talent, Passion, and Creativity. You are committed to understanding and cultivating everyone’s abilities – even if they are beyond what is taught in school.
  • It all starts at home. If you ain’t doing it, it ain’s happening.
  • You are willing to stand for what is in your heart. You see, or at least sense, the façade and the need for a different way of being and are ready for the discomfort of the journey to get there.
  • You are willing to invest in your family and your future. The only way to get what you want is to make it happen by committing the time, resources, focus, and energy necessary to make it happen.

You will feel grateful for my approach if:

  • You love your kids and enjoy being present and engaged with them.
  • You explore the outdoors and are connected to the natural world.
  • You are committed to raising a family of thoughtful and passionate citizens.
  • You love learning.
  • You believe an education that will make a difference is far more dynamic than the current norm.
  • You care about the impact our actions will have on future generations.
  • You are searching for alternative ways of living in this culture.
  • You realize the urgency of getting in action…now.
  • You want solutions that will stand the test of time.
